Na, megint egy problémával kevesebb.
Az egy évre eső csőtöréseket ezennel remélhetőleg ki is pipálhatjuk.
Az alsó néni jött fel, hogy buék, és ő ázik. Jött a gondnok, aztán a vízvezeték szerelő, aki megállapította, hogy cserélni kell. Meg is tette. Porszívó, felmosás, ragyog a lakás, git sabesz.
Úgy áradjon ránk az áldás ebben a polgári évben is, mint törött csőből a vasszer. Csak kicsit kevésbé bűzösen.

Hope there will be no more broken pipes this year.
The lady downstairs came up to say happy new year and that her ceiling is all wet, she thinks it comes from us. There came the caretaker, followed by the plumber, who determined that the pipe needs to be changed. So he changed it. Vacuum cleaner, soapy water, the house is all clean and shiny, good shabbos.
May the blessing pour down on us in 2010 as the water did from the broken pipe. Maybe a bit less smelly.
