Shopping

Ma reggel a dupla kávé után annyira felbuzdultam, hogy munkába jövet betértem a sarki turkálóba vásárolni. Nagyon szeretek ott vásárolni, és ezzel rengeteg pénzt takarítok meg, hiszen szinte soha nem veszek semmit (egyszer vettem 1 szoknyát, na az pl. igen klassz darab). Egyrészt, mert nagyon ritkán tetszik meg valami (nehéz ügy ám ez, hogy ugye legyen megfelelő színű, anyagú, méretű, stílusú, állapotú, feliratú…), másrészt pedig mert mindig ugyanolyan dolgokat emelek le, azokból meg már úgyis van otthon néhány, így aztán azonnal le is beszélem magam, hogy valójában ez nekem nem is kell. A turkáló után a Schleckerbe mentem, ahol szintén jól nem vettem semmit, mert nem volt olyan gyertya, amilyet akartam. Pedig láttam valahol, nem is rég. De vajon hol? És hát kéne ám a gyertya, mert a kutya ugat, a szekér halad (vagy valami ilyesmi), s már megint Hanuka van – ma estétől kezdődően.

Ezen kívül kicseréltem a fotót itten balra, mert még az a régi, rövid hajas kép volt fenn, ami akkoriban készült, mikor elkezdtem írni ezt a blogot. Ez az új viszont valami furcsa oknál fogva elég picike, és nem akar nagyobb lenni, bárhogy is bíztatom. Vagy ti jól látjátok?


The double espresso this morning gave me such a kick; on my way to work I even stopped by the second hand clothing store around the corner. I very much like shopping there; it saves me lots of money, as I almost never buy anything (though I got a really nice skirt once). Partially because I rarely find something I like (so many things that have to match: the color, the size, the material, the style, the shape, what not…), and besides, the pieces I take off the hanger are usually almost the same as the ones I already own a few of, so I always succeed in talking myself out of buying them. After the second hand clothing store I went to the drugstore, where I didn’t buy anything either. Couldn’t find the kind of candles I wanted. I really do need those candles, because Chanukah is starting tonight.

I changed the photo in my profile, over here on the left, because it still had that old short hair picture that was made a few years ago, when I started writing this blog. But this one seems to be pretty small and I can’t make it bigger for some reason. Or maybe you can see it well?
